The visit of Her Excellency, the Marchioness of Linlithgow (wife of the Viceroy of India) on December 12, 1940 to the Chandra Nursery with dignitaries present. Seen with other guests are Rai Saheb Ratna Bahadur Pradhan, Rai Saheb Hari Prasad Pradhan, Rai Saheb Rhenock Kazi and Tse Ten Tashi : behind - among others Punya Prasad Pradhan, Rai Bahadur T. D.
